Anyone who pops us on a brew withou tasking is our kind of girl, so when Amanda did just that we couldn’t believe our luck. Even as things started to get hotter than your conventional oven, Amanda remained down to earth and chatty. “I think sometimes people expect me to be, well a bit snooty and full of myself, but that’s really not me, and I like to muck in with the rest.” Amanda isn’t afraid of hard work, which is great because there’s plenty of hard things surrounding her, though I doubt they will need much work.
